On-site - Cebu 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description This role leads the Accounting and Reporting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with IFRS and corporate guidelines, and strong internal controls. Key responsibilities include: Implementing effective financial procedures and identifying control gaps. Monitoring KPIs and driving process improvements and automation. Managing month-end, year-end, and statutory reporting. Overseeing tax computations, audits, and financial reconciliations. Preparing and reviewing statutory financial statements. Ensuring timely submission of statutory accounts and maintenance of tax/statutory books. Leading team recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training. Coordinating with external auditors, consultants, and stakeholders. Managing intercompany (IC) reconciliation for transfer pricing. Supporting transition projects, including process mapping, SLA preparation, recruitment, and team structure enhancement. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting within a multinational or shared services environment. Strong knowledge of IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory compliance. Experience in process migration, including coordinating transitions and implementing standard operating procedures. Demonstrated ability to lead financial audits, reconciliations, and reporting cycles (month-end and year-end). Proven leadership skills—experience managing teams, setting performance goals, and providing training. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office-based IT tools.
