IT Support Engineer or Software Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities Responsible for on-site survey, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of software application and IT equipment (Server/Storage/Switch/Firewall). Provide technical support to customers and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process. Perform commissioning of IT elements. Interface with third party to locate technical problems that may arise during the integration. Onsite Maintenance support for critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA. Preferred qualifications With 4 years Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology or any related course. Familiar with one or more of the following OCS/Mobile Money/CRM/Billing software product technologies and related solutions, such as operating system, database, network, security, storage, server, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS. Have at least 3 years’ delivery or maintenance experience in OCS, Billing, CRM, call center, mobile payment fields. Has good communication skills to engage with customers at all levels: technical level, provide professional sharing and technical guidance, and present value.
