岗位职责：
客户战略： 根据公司目标战略和市场趋势，高质量制定并实施客户管理策略，尤其关注菲律宾的中国客户市场；敏锐的商业触觉识别增长机会，制定客户管理计划，并与大客户建立牢固的关系；
团队管理： 领导和管理团队日常工作，提供指导、支持和团队绩效考核。为团队设定明确的目标和目的，并监督执行；
客户开发: 作为项目重要负责人，与客户建立并长期稳定的合作关系。了解客户业务需求、挑战和目标。开发量身定制的解决方案和策略，及时满足他们的特定需求，并推动共同发展；
收入增长： 负责开拓和挖掘客户需求。与内部团队合作，如销售，市场和产品开发，提供更多解决方案、产品满足客户需求并实现销售目标；
客户满意度: 管理客户满意度和客户保留率。进行弱项或不足处分析，制定有效的提升措施，指导并协助提升改善。定期收集客户反馈和见解，以不断改进我们的产品、服务提高整体客户体验；
市场分析 ：收集和分析中国市场趋势、竞争对手信息和行业发展趋势。进行市场调查和分析，为公司总体战略制定提供相关依据；
合同谈判 ：领导与大客户的合同谈判和续约，能识别潜在合同风险险等，做好风险控制。联动法务和财务团队合作，最终确定合同签订及合同的执行事宜；
跨部门和团队合作 ：与团队跨部门合作，不限于销售、市场、运营和财务团队。建立强有力的协作和沟通。定期向执行团队提供关键客户业绩、市场洞察和战略计划的最新信息；
任职要求：
本科以上学历，商业，经济，市场，金融等管理相关专业优先考虑；
至少7年以上的客户管理工作经验，有过复杂项目或大客户服务经验，物流或电子商务领域优先考虑；
具备全局统筹战略能力、出色的团队合作精神，能够带领团队完成公司目标，实现团队抱负；
具备出色的逻辑分析能力，商务谈判、客户谈判能力及沟通影响力；
具有出色的领导能力、管理能力，能协调内外部，处理执行中各种常规及各项突发事件；
熟练掌握相关数据分析工具，能够深入挖掘数据，提出有价值的商业建议。
具备出色的中英文双语沟通能力，能够与东南亚区域内外部团队进行无缝沟通；
精通的MSOffice办公软件能力，尤其在Excel与PPT的运用方面；
