- Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, airconditioning, and ventilation systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments for efficient work execution
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
- Graduate of Vocational Course or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (NC II preferred)
- With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and airconditioning systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
- Familiar with safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when needed
- Hardworking, reliable , and able to work with minimal supervision
