Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair refrigeration, airconditioning, and ventilation systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory
• Collaborate with other technicians and departments for efficient work execution
• Provide recommendations for system upgrades and energy efficiency improvements
• Graduate of Vocational Course or Technical Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (NC II preferred)
• With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of refrigeration and airconditioning systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams
• Familiar with safety procedures and proper handling of tools and equipment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when needed
• Hardworking, reliable , and able to work with minimal supervision
