• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems , including airconditioning units, chillers, refrigerators, and ventilation systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues in HVAC equipment
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations (including proper refrigerant handling)
• Maintain records of services performed, maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory
• Recommend system improvements for energy efficiency and reliability
• Coordinate with other departments and provide technical support when needed
• Graduate of Vocational Course / Technical Certificate in HVAC (TESDA NC II/III preferred)
• With or without work experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Knowledgeable in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, airconditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC-R) systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Familiar with safety standards and proper handling of refrigerants, tools, and equipment
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and render overtime when required
• Hardworking, reliable , and able to work with minimal supervision
