Sr. Procurement Projects & Strategy Support

Position Overview

The Sr. Procurement Projects & Strategy Support offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of global procurement transformation. As part of the Global Procurement Strategy and Reporting function, the role plays a pivotal part in shaping strategic initiatives through data analysis, systems management, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will gain exposure to high-impact global projects, lead strategic initiatives, and work with diverse stakeholders to drive procurement excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Manage data sources, reconcile discrepancies, troubleshoot reporting environments, and ensure data quality across platforms.
  • Analytics & Modeling: Develop metrics, methodologies, and financial models to support strategic analysis and decision-making.
  • Management Reporting: Design reports and dashboards, extract insights, and train users on new tools.
  • Strategic Insight: Provide actionable recommendations, propose solutions, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Project Leadership: Lead projects with moderate complexity, coordinating across teams.
  • Expert Advisory: Serve as a go-to resource for colleagues in your area of expertise.
  • Governance & Controls: Develop and enforce controls aligned with procurement policies and standards.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Effectively communicate business needs and findings, fostering collaboration across functions and geographies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 5 years of procurement, supply chain, or related experience.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong background in business modeling and management reporting, experienced with senior leadership.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of data governance and control concepts.
Preferred Skills
  • 1-3 years in business modeling and reporting.
  • Familiar with querying languages like SQL and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
