Overview

Plan and execute major social media campaigns based on the needs and requirements of the business across various channels including, but not limited to, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc. Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across multiple social media platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand visibility. Effectively lead and direct cross-functional teams (content, creative, branding) in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines to ensure seamless integration across all digital channels. Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as new platforms, legal changes, and new features introduced. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Responsibilities

Job Specifications

Educational Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field.
  • Knowledge supported by certificates in digital marketing tools such as Business Suite for Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, digital seminars/training, etc.

Experience Requirement

  • With experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in managing multiple business accounts on social media platforms such as Meta, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with paid ads as part of the execution.
