The Finance Director will be a key member of the Global Executive Team, responsible for leading the financial strategy, governance, and performance of the company and other international markets. The Finance Director will balance rigorous financial oversight with commercial insight, enabling the business to scale, innovate, and deliver sustainable growth.

This role requires a proven finance leader with extensive global exposure , strong experience in Australian market finance, taxation, and compliance , and the ability to operate effectively across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution, building a high-performing finance function that supports both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead financial strategy, governance, and planning across all global entities.
  • Provide commercial insights to support executive decision-making, pricing, client negotiations, and supplier agreements.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, treasury, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Oversee corporate structures, compliance, M&A activities, and commercial transactions across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements in all jurisdictions.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing international Finance Team.
  • Partner with external auditors, regulators, financial institutions, and advisors to ensure global financial integrity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive finance, accounting, and commercial leadership experience.
  • At least 5 years in a CFO or senior global finance role with multi-country oversight.
  • Proven experience with Australian market finance, tax, and compliance .
  • Track record in managing cross-border financial operations and international compliance.
  • Background in B2B services, outsourcing, or professional services preferred.
