Execute automation opportunities to maximize business value and operational efficiency. Build new tools and automation across business areas with a long-term view. Lead and help businesses improve process efficiency by specializing in automation opportunities. Own and track automation initiatives to closure while creating visibility of business gains. Minimum Qualifications Excellent written and oral English communication, strong problem-solving approach, and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 3+ years of technology experience involving frontend, dashboards, reporting, scripting, databases, and end-to-end solution delivery. 4+ years of proven experience leading or driving business automation products/tools using RPA or other process automation technology. 2+ years of experience in programming languages (Javascript, Python, Java, etc.). Experience evaluating business process automations and prioritizing them using frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma. Preferred Qualifications Experience building tools and automating processes using Google stack/products. Knowledge of databases, REST APIs, integration, networking, and cloud.
