FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking an experienced Software Developer who has a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Document all requirements and business solutions such that stakeholders and the development team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.
  • Assess the impact of the solution on various stakeholders.
  • Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.
  • Manage changes to business requirements and conduct impact analysis.
  • Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.
  • Assist end users in understanding the changes and help them work with the new solution, minimizing resistance to organizational changes.
  • Ensure that the company's data privacy policies are followed and regulated.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technology environment.
  • Experience in system analysis (SA).
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluency or understanding of programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.
  • Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security.
  • Working knowledge of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.
  • Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.
  • Additional experience in project management and development skills through teamwork.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
