Overview Your role as Lead Specialist within our CWS Administration team is to build and maintain strong working relationships between Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders. We would like to talk with you if you are ready for a challenge. Your work will enhance the efficiency and quality of our candidate management processes. You will lead the team through complex tasks, overseeing critical stages such as pre-employment screening, onboarding, and contract management. This includes verifying documentation, completing background checks, and managing contract preparation and delivery to ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across teams and with external partners. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to align with internal standards and client requirements. Each successful onboarding supports both business performance and a candidate’s career journey. Responsibilities Manage the pre-employment screening (PES) and vetting process for contingent workforce candidates, ensuring all required background checks and verifications are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with AMS procedures and applicable legislation. Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding, contract management and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration of new joiners. Oversee task allocation, manage reporting activities, and ensure timely and accurate analysis of data. Ensure compliance with established service levels and timelines in all tasks and processes, keeping stakeholders informed of progress. Conduct audits of candidate screenings to ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards, and actively contribute to compliance-related initiatives by providing insights, identifying gaps, and supporting implementation efforts. Maintain clear and proactive communication with candidates, resolving queries, monitoring screening progress, and ensuring timely completion of all checks to support a smooth onboarding experience. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and third parties, providing timely updates and ensuring responses are delivered within agreed-upon timeframes. Support process reviews to identify areas for enhancement and contribute to updating operational manuals and process documentation. Collaborate effectively within the team to achieve common goals, including meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Facilitate training for new team members, providing guidance on processes and fostering a supportive learning environment to ensure successful integration into the organisation. Manage administrative tasks tailored to the account to support the effective execution of processes. Skills & Experience Excellent English business communication skills, written and oral, plus any client-specific languages as required. Working knowledge of Microsoft packages; Outlook, Word, Excel.
