As an Associate Brand Protection Partner, you will own the client relationship related to value delivery, with primary responsibility for client satisfaction and retention. You will set and deliver strategy for each customer in your portfolio (in collaboration with the Account Manager) and serve as the primary escalation point. You will monitor client health on a regular basis.

• Own the customer relationship and accountability for outcomes.
• Create, drive, and continuously improve customer strategy.
• Agree on KPIs or other success measures with the customer.
• Actively monitor and report progress for all customer programs.
• Provide regular performance feedback for Client Managers/Coordinators in your team.
• Manage customer communications and escalations to ensure timely resolutions.
• Lead quarterly customer business reviews and suggest program improvements.
• Monitor health and accountability for all customers.
• Support regional Operations Manager with recruitment for new team members assigned to customers.
• Facilitate cross-customer collaboration to share best practices and enforcement topics.
• Collaborate with global delivery, enforcement, legal, sales, product and tech to ensure a cohesive brand protection approach.
• Stay informed on industry trends, laws, and developments; recommend changes as needed.
• Maintain open communication with teammates across customers; hold regular meetings and provide progress updates.
• Participate in thought leadership and industry events when opportunities arise.

• Experience in Brand Protection or related role preferred (ideally as Client Manager/Coordinator or equivalent).
• Clear communication, delegation, feedback, and goal-setting skills.
• Ability to monitor customer health and ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Analytical problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to identify trends.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Motivated, results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of the Brand Protection industry, including online infringement and counterfeiting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Effective communication with clients, supervisors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to take a strategic approach, understand trends, and mitigate risks.
• Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
