Customer Success Associate (For Pooling)

About the role:

As a Customer Success Associate , you will be challenged to provide amazing support to our customers and photographers worldwide. Your ability to solve concerns for both customers and photographers while delivering a seamless booking experience will fuel Snappr’s growth and make it possible for consumers and enterprise clients to access on-demand photography anywhere in the world. You’ll directly shape how our customers and creators connect. Your work will have a meaningful impact - ensuring businesses everywhere can tell better visual stories.

What you’ll do:
  • Help Snappr expand to new markets by supporting customers worldwide
  • Answer questions about the photoshoot process and resolve scheduling issues
  • Work with photographers to resolve disputes around the results of their photoshoots
  • In a start-up environment, job duties may shift with customer needs, so flexibility is essential
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr\'s growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done
What you’ll need:
  • Bilingual proficiency in written and spoken English
  • BPO experience is a plus, but fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
  • Track and monitor CSAT scores, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Fantastic phone manners and email etiquette
  • The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
  • Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas and work on a shifting schedule
  • PHP 30k/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
  • 20% night differential (if applicable)
