Position: Recruitment Associate

Description

Position Purpose: The Recruitment Assistant will oversee administrative tasks like applicant tracking, Employee ID generation, agent tool profiles, etc. They will also ensure that all hires comply with pre-employment requirements and can start on their given start date.

Responsibilities
  • Pre-screen applicants on minimum qualifications prior to endorsing for interview/exam
  • Create Employee ID, and agent corporate tool access
  • Update Applicant Tracker, Hires tracker and other trackers essential in the recruitment process
  • Collection of pre-employment requirements
  • Schedule applicants for interview/processing
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
  • Preferably with 6 months experience in volume hiring in a BPO setting
  • With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
  • Willing to work in SM Fairview
