Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify meaningful business trends. Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and reorganize data in a readable format. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions. Create visual representations of data to communicate insights to stakeholders effectively. Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets. Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies. Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data reporting. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations conveying findings to support decision-making processes. Optimize procedures and develop automated tools to facilitate efficient data analysis processes. Support the development and deployment of data strategy, aligning with organizational goals. Stay updated with new trends and technological advancements in the field of data analytics. Provide training and support to team members on data management and analysis processes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics. Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst. Technical expertise in data models, database design development, and data mining. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages and databases. Proficiency in statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in data presentation.
