Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate process improvement and assist business owners in improving existing process performance through analysis, experience and employee input in a project environment
• Build and deliver Operational/Delivery Excellence training and coach on business excellence principles
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Support the development and implementation of a formal management review of Key Performance/Operating results, and train and coach all functional areas on measurement principles
• Provide support/input to weekly and/or monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and review meetings
• Facilitate and/or participate in cross functional Process Improvement Initiatives and root cause analysis
• Implement strategic quality direction into operational guidelines and practices and support ongoing expansion of the quality culture across the organization
• Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
• Communicate to key management stakeholders on salient quality issues and business opportunities

Qualifications

• Open to college graduate and undergraduate with relevant work experience
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in handling a project in a client facing role
• Must have skills and experience in Power BI
• Experience in Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
• Experience in Business Excellence
• Knowledge in Six Sigma principles
• Six Sigma certification is an advantage

Business Intelligence : Develop a core understanding of the business and provide data-driven insights by providing end-to-end business intelligence solutions by identifying/finding relevant data and presenting it to the executive team

Data Analysis : Interpret data to identify key actionable insights including but not limited to business trends, root cause analysis etc.

Data Visualization : Build data reports using data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Data Pipeline Management : Implement and maintain data pipelines between various operational systems and our data warehouse using Python, Airflow, Prefect, and integration platforms.

SQL and Data Warehousing : Utilize expertise in SQL and cloud-based analytical data warehouses to manage and query data efficiently.

ETL/ELT Best Practices : Apply deep understanding of ETL and ELT patterns and best practices to design and optimize data workflows.

Python Programming : Write Python code for data processing tasks and automation.

Data Integration : Collaborate with other teams to identify new data sources, estimate the feasibility of acquiring specific data sources, and integrate them into the data infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence related role
