Field Sales Representative

1) Preferably College level, fresh graduates is accepted
2) Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory as training will be provided.
3) Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to build relationships with customers and potential clients.
4) Familiarity with sales techniques, such as cold calling, product demonstrations, and closing techniques, is necessary.
5) Preferably with knowledge in Microsoft Office
6) Ability to work independently and optimistic to meet sales target
7) Willing to be trained
8) A valid driver's license is necessary
9) Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to accommodate customer schedules.
10) A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Duties and Responsibilities of a Simple Sales Representative:
1. Capability to understand the products or services offered by the company and be able to explain their features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
2. Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, or online marketing.
3. Schedule and attend sales meetings with potential customers to present the products or services and answer any questions.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations that are tailored to the needs and interests of the customer.
5. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements with customers.
6. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and sales performance.
8. Collaborate with Sales Manager to improve sales strategies and customer experiences.
9. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets set by the company.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
11. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
12. Continuously develop sales skills through coaching, and self-study.
13. Contribute to the overall success of the company by promoting its values, mission, and culture.
14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.
15. Report any issues, concerns, or opportunities to the Sales manager or other relevant authorities.
16. Participate in sales meetings, team-building activities, and other company events to foster a positive work environment.
17. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
18. Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
19. Travel to various locations, as required by the job.
20. Perform any other duties assigned by the sales manager or other authorized personnel.
