Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and oversee the graphic design process.
  • Develop innovative design solutions and improve in-house and client branding and marketing materials, including digital books, brochures, flyers, packaging, and related collateral.
  • Work closely with account managers to understand client requirements and translate their vision into effective designs.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient design workflow.
  • Prepare final artwork files for printing, ensuring they meet all technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve the quality of work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • High-level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Design for a variety of platforms and media, including digital, print, and presentations.
  • Concept and branding, themed ideas for events (e.g., Easter, Christmas, Cyber Monday).
  • Retail POS, display, and sales-related design for customers.
  • Custom signage design and packaging design.
  • Print-related marketing materials (brochures, flyers, catalogs, posters, banners, floor/window decals, billboards, pull-up banners).
  • Photo editing including retouching e-commerce and lifestyle imagery to align with brand aesthetics.
