  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and services
  • Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reporting on sales performance
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within your territory
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Sales Representative/Consultant role, preferably within the Sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build meaningful client relationships
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Proficient with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems to manage client information and pipeline
  • Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable to changing business needs
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
