Create engaging and high‑quality content—graphics, videos, and written posts—tailored to our industry’s audience. Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support monthly targets. Engage with the online community, respond to comments and messages. Track, monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular timely reports to the management team. Coordinate with partner agencies or providers during event days. Manage social media crises with professionalism. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and best practices to ensure effective strategies. Identify and establish relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure brand consistency and alignment with monthly targets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, preferably with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns. Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Ads Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Proven knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on‑brand content. Creative mindset to think outside the box and create innovative, one‑of‑a‑kind content. Experience working with third‑party social media and influencer marketing agencies. Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
