Job purpose: We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of digital projects. This role is responsible for scope definition, resource planning, time and financial management, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and a proven track record in digital project delivery, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners. Job details: Location: 100% remote, for candidates based in Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, El Salvador & Honduras. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Job Type: Contractor (5 months). Language Proficiency: Spanish: Native / English: B2 reading, writing, and conversation Availability: Immediate. Portfolio required: It must include web projects you have led across different industries. Key Responsibilities: Oversee project delivery across scope, resources, risks, financials, and timelines. Monitor daily project activities and ensure alignment with delivery plans. Manage issues of limited to moderate complexity, using predefined procedures and established practices. Work under moderate supervision with clearly defined assignments. Apply Agile values and principles consistently across all initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve Agile practices and elevate to the Program Manager as needed. Ensure accurate documentation, metric tracking, dashboard updates, and progress reporting in all projects. Lead cross‑functional teams through all phases of project delivery: initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing, and deployment. Coordinate weekly release cycles, prioritisation of tasks, and resource planning. Liaise with Development, QA, and IT teams to ensure technical alignment and successful delivery. Communicate proactively with stakeholders, raising risks even when impact is low. Collaborate with the Agency Partnership team to maintain a cohesive client experience and strengthen partner relationships. Support the Business Development team in prospecting and client engagement initiatives. Identify process improvement areas and present actionable suggestions to the Program Manager. Contribute to the achievement of company‑wide performance metrics. Ensure project teams follow structured planning, including budgeting, timelines, risk assessments, and critical path identification. Maintain adherence to process and documentation standards for efficiency and quality. Align team members to appropriate tasks based on project needs and individual capabilities. Promote a culture of collaboration, responsibility, and value alignment, reporting performance insights to team leads. Facilitate effective internal and external communication to enhance participation and ownership. Set clear deliverables and milestones with clients, ensuring that expectations on scope, timing, cost, and quality are consistently met. Evaluates and promotes teamwork, initiative, work ethic, values adherence and reports findings to discipline leads. Clarifies and sets deliveries and milestones with internal and external clients. Ensures his/her deliveries to internal and external clients are meeting their expectations in content, time, cost and quality. Required Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree, postgraduate certificate, or equivalent proven experience as a Project Manager in digital agencies, web development, or Agile/SCRUM environments is also valued. Required Skills and Experience: Over 4 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital advertising or creative agencies, leading multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced, client‑facing environments. Demonstrated success in managing multiple stakeholders across diverse functions, ensuring alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Experience leading small to mid‑scale digital projects, including website development, e‑commerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, and ongoing maintenance. Familiarity with digital tools for collaboration, issue tracking, and project reporting (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Strong ability to implement and follow standardized delivery processes that drive efficiency and maintain high‑quality outputs for clients. Advanced negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills; proven track record of engaging effectively with senior executives and cross‑functional teams. Consistently presents with high professionalism, attention to detail, and ownership of responsibilities. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and hands‑on experience applying Scrum practices in agency or consultancy settings. Experience managing full project lifecycles: from initiation and planning through execution, testing, and deployment. Proficient in project finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and pipeline management aligned to strategic objectives. Demonstrated ability in resource planning, team alignment, and workload balancing to meet project priorities and deadlines. Nice to have Experience working with international clients or distributed teams across multiple time zones. Familiarity with content production workflows (design, copywriting, video, multimedia) within digital campaigns. Experience managing integrations with third‑party tools, APIs, or marketing automation platforms. Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Six Sigma.
