Technical Project Manager (Multiple Positions) Location: San Jose Team: Project Management Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A62225A Responsibilities Collaborate with cross‑functional teams from Product, Engineering, and Sales to drive the end‑to‑end delivery of new products, services, and/or features to market. Manage a variety of complex, cross‑functional programs and drive all aspects of assigned program delivery. Create and maintain the roadmap for the teams by working with the respective Tech and Product leaders. Prepare and coordinate project schedule, timelines, define milestones, and own the collaboration process and tools. Drive programs and constantly devise operating plans and strategies to improve the process in a data‑driven manner. Track and report progress to internal stakeholders, identify and mitigate risks, and remove blockers. Lead and guide Agile/Scrum teams as a coach or scrum master. Mentor and coach junior team members and grow the team. Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields, and 3 years of related work experience. At least 1 year of experience in each of the following: managing projects involving cross‑functional stakeholders to formulate work plans, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes; software development project management, including building development processes and coordinating release schedules; gathering business requirements and translating them into technical requirements; using agile methodology for the entire software development lifecycle; designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps including defining KPIs and success metrics using OKRs. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
