Role Description The HR Rippling Specialist will provide both administrative and technical support to the HR team during the HRIS transition. This includes managing employee data migration, ensuring system accuracy, running reports, and supporting the implementation process of Rippling. Rippling experience is a must for this position. The role will report directly to the HR Director. Key Requirements & Reporting Reporting Structure: Reports to the HR Director. Essential Experience: Direct experience with the Rippling HRIS platform is required. Employment Term: Temporary for 3 months with the potential for permanent placement. Responsibilities Support the transition from Paylocity to Rippling, including accurate data migration, system testing, and troubleshooting during implementation. Maintain employee data integrity across departments and assist with HR processes as needed. Prepare and coordinate performance review processes within Rippling. Generate and analyze HR‑related reports (monthly, bi‑monthly, and quarterly). Provide guidance to employees and managers by directing them to appropriate HR personnel for specific inquiries. Collaborate with the HRIS project team on administrative and system‑related tasks. Assist with HR communications, including responding to HRIS‑related emails. Provide back‑up support to other HR projects and the broader HR team when necessary. Perform additional duties related to HRIS and system implementation as assigned. Compensation & Terms Contract Duration: 3 months (with potential for permanent placement). Work Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM MST. Reports to: HR Director. Salary: Up to $9/hour.
