As a Reels Editor , you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality short-form videos (reels) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You will work closely with the client's Brand Managers to ensure the content aligns with branding and enhances social media engagement.

This is a remote role, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where you will have the opportunity to grow and make an impact. You'll also have the chance to work with a dynamic start-up agency, where growth and professional development are key priorities.

• Create Engaging Reels: Edit and produce short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts that are aligned with brand messaging, trends, and audience engagement.
• Platform-Specific Content: Tailor content to meet the unique requirements and trends of each platform, ensuring optimal engagement and performance.
• Collaborate with Brand Managers: Work closely with the client's Brand Managers to refine content, provide feedback, and ensure that videos align with the client's vision and branding strategy.
• Content Improvement: Bring fresh ideas to the table and suggest improvements to elevate the quality of the content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience.
• Editing Tools Expertise: Utilize CapCut, Canva, and other short-form video editing tools to create visually compelling and professional-quality reels.

• Experience: Proven experience in video editing, specifically creating short-form content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in video editing tools, including CapCut, Canva, and other relevant editing software.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail, creativity, and an ability to craft videos that capture attention and drive engagement.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with Brand Managers and contribute to content strategy and improvement.
• Time Management: Ability to work within the set schedule (09:30 AM to 5:30 PM London Time, Monday to Friday) and meet deadlines.
