Job Description Binance Accelerator Program - SEA Marketing

Type: Full-time, Fixed-term program for Early Career Talent

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in planning & executing marketing campaigns for retail users (launches, promos, engagement).
  • Help with campaign proposals, budgets, and post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Coordinate and host online/offline events (meetups, webinars, product showcases).
  • Manage user communities on platforms like Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, engaging members and tracking sentiment.
  • Continuously develop new campaigns, channels, and ideas to optimize growth.
  • Support recruitment and engagement of volunteer brand ambassadors (Angel Program).
  • Moderate community forums and social groups to foster positive interactions.
  • Work closely with different Binance teams to coordinate efforts.
  • Take a hands-on approach to all marketing activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience launching community initiatives (forums, ambassador programs, events, newsletters).
  • Experience managing social media (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram).
  • Event management experience (virtual and/or in-person).
  • Willing to work flexible hours to engage with crypto communities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual English (critical for coordinating with international teams).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and a positive team player.
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency concepts and culture.
