What you’ll be doing:
Onboard new operators onto payment platforms (e.g., Bank, Corpay), ensuring all required information is collected and validated for seamless operations.
Track and monitor operator payments, ensuring timely processing and addressing any delays.
Generate and review sales reports for operators, reconciling them with NetSuite to verify revenue and payables.
Record adjustment entries in NetSuite to address discrepancies between sales reports and system records.
Take ownership of assigned operators, ensuring accurate payment processing and maintaining consistent communication.
Build and sustain strong relationships with operators, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Reconcile commission revenue and payables by comparing internal sales reports with data provided by operators.
Record and apply payments in NetSuite accurately, ensuring up-to-date financial records.
Collaborate with the Sales Department to address operator-related financial or contractual issues and ensure process alignment.
Support month-end closing activities by providing accurate and timely financial data.

Qualifications and Requirements:
3-4 years of work experience in accounting - especially in accounts payable & receivable and has experience with cash application and reconciliation.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
Proficient in Excel - feels comfortable working with a high volume of data and knows how to do vlookup and hlookup.
Familiar with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite.
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of US GAAP or US Accounting practices.
