Team Lead, Accounts Receivable

Location:

Cebu City, 07, PH

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Summary Description:

The AR Lead is responsible for leading and supporting the accounts receivable processing within an emerging shared services organization. This role manages a team of accounts receivable analysts to ensure accurate and timely processing of receivables for a specific Dover business segment. As an AR Collections Team Lead, you will investigate and resolve escalated issues while maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers, measured by service level agreements and KPIs. The position reports to the Manager, AR, and is based in Cebu, Philippines.

  • Analyze workload and capacity, adhering to Operating Company guidelines and requirements
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Process, monitor, and proactively manage customer credit, coordinating with Operating Company leadership as needed
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Data Management functions
  • Manage collections activities impacting monthly receivables metrics
  • Perform timely audits
  • Handle escalations from customers and internal teams
  • Generate performance reports and manage relationships
  • Provide additional reports related to functional activities
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process and system enhancements
  • Support strategic initiatives with senior team members
  • Collaborate on unapplied cash resolution with Cash App team lead
  • Complete and report on special projects
  • Execute ERP month-end closing processes
  • Conduct regular team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of Accounts Receivable experience, including:
    • Minimum 2 years in Shared Services or BPO models (preferred)
    • At least 2 years in supervisory or junior management roles
    • Managed at least 5 direct reports
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor laws
  • Exposure to Operations Management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
