3D Motion Designer

We’re looking for a 3D Motion Designer who can bring concepts to life through bold, fluid, and technically precise motion design. You’ll be creating animations that blend creativity with clarity — from product explainers and campaign visuals to branded motion systems. The ideal candidate combines strong design instincts with advanced 3D skills and a deep understanding of animation principles. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Collaborate with a global creative and production team Work on projects that push creative boundaries and explore how design, storytelling, and motion intersect What You’ll Work On 3D and Motion Design Design and animate 3D motion graphics for marketing videos, product explainers, and brand visuals Create storyboards, style frames, and visual explorations to guide motion direction Translate static assets into dynamic, brand-consistent animations Experiment with lighting, textures, and camera movement to elevate visual impact Creative Collaboration Work with designers, producers, and creative directors to refine concepts and execution Contribute to ideation sessions and motion tests for upcoming campaigns Maintain organized project files and deliver assets ready for production handoff Provide creative input on how to simplify complex ideas through motion Workflow and Optimization Use After Effects, Blender, or Cinema 4D to produce polished final outputs Implement efficient rendering and compositing workflows Stay current on tools, plugins, and 3D animation trends that can streamline production What You Bring 3+ years of experience in motion graphics design or animation Proven experience creating 3D motion graphics using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, and timing Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced creative environment Nice to Have Experience with sound design integration and motion-for-web Familiarity with Unreal Engine, Redshift, or Octane Render Understanding of brand motion systems and visual storytelling for digital products Experience collaborating with AI-driven creative tools or automation pipelines How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing your creative process A reel or 2–3 motion samples showcasing 3D work and animation range Only complete applications with a Loom and portfolio will move forward.
