The Distributor Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance through effective management of distributor sales teams and ensuring optimal execution of sales strategies within assigned territories. This role ensures that distribution partners meet sales targets, maintain stock levels, and uphold brand standards, while expanding market coverage and improving customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and support a network of distributors to achieve sales and distribution targets. Conduct regular reviews of distributor performance, sales volume, stock levels, and credit limits. Ensure product availability and visibility in all assigned territories. Conduct regular field visits to monitor distributor activities, customer satisfaction, and market conditions. Build strong relationships with distributors and provide ongoing support and coaching. Ensure distributors adhere to pricing, branding, and sales policies. Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance performance. Ensure compliance with contractual agreements, pricing, and credit policies. Prepare and submit performance reports, sales data, and forecasts to management. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Solid experience in distributor management from FMCG industry Excellent data management and analytical skill Can do manpower training, coaching, and mentoring Can drive 4‑wheel vehicle with active driver's license #J-18808-Ljbffr
