Responsibilities
  1. Be responsible for policy/guideline localization, cascading, clarification for labeling teams to ensure accurate understanding of the policy/guideline.
  2. Support the training and go-live process of labeling team (i.e. policy/guideline explanation, test result correction and Q&A).
  3. Quality inspection of labeled data on time and ensure the quality.
  4. Conduct calibration meetings with the labeling team in the appeal process: analyze different cases, offer solutions and suggestions for the current problem to help the team improve the accuracy rate and alignment.
  5. Work closely with POC and other stakeholders in order to provide feedback on data quality/SOP/policy/guideline.
  6. Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum Qualifications
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above or minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
  3. Fluent Tagalog speaker with English as a working language.
  4. Strong ability to learn and understand.
  5. Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.
  6. Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
  7. Resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
  8. Other duties: Based on business requirements, you can be moved between projects.
  1. Preferred Qualifications
  2. Overseas working/training is a plus.
  3. Learn about search engines, familiar with social media platforms.
  4. An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users.
  5. Familiar with common office software, labeling experience is preferred.
