Responsibilities
  • Business Advisory: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate the Support business in terms of financial analysis, commercials review, business case development & review, and project post-implementation review. Facilitate business decisions through solid recommendations on initiatives that affect profitability while ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy and governance. Provide analysis and insights that link financial reports to business strategies and initiatives.
  • Financial Control Support: Work closely with the financial reporting team to ensure business executions are properly recognized in the books. Work closely with budget and management reporting teams to ensure alignment of financial targets, KPIs, budget, costs and revenues. Support in building long-range business plans and forecasts. People Management. Collaborate with various business units to provide functional support to initiatives and executions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • More than 3 years’ experience in a related field (corporate finance, investor relations, treasury, budget/accounting, audit, etc.)
  • Candidate must be results-driven and a team-player
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet manipulation and PowerPoint
