Associate Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist

Join NTT DATA as an Associate Sales Operations and Enablement Specialist to support sales processes, tools, and systems in a hybrid work environment in Kapitolyo, Philippines. Your Role Key responsibilities include: Assisting with gathering data and conducting analysis of company sales and profitability. Supporting the development of methods for measuring company sales performance. Examining sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction. Sharing reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments. Creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and sales applications and platforms to support sales teams. Implementing sales forecasting by analyzing past data and trends under detailed instructions. Training new and current employees on sales and marketing collateral, product sets, sales processes, systems, and tools. Assisting with establishing sales fulfillment processes and recommending sales operations enhancements. Preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and ensuring distribution to relevant internal stakeholders. Supporting pipeline management including pipeline integrity, competitive data, and ROI data. Onboarding new sales team members on all toolsets and processes. Contributing to increasing sales team productivity by improving sales process efficiency. Monitoring quality, accuracy, and process consistency in sales planning efforts. Identifying opportunities for sales process improvement in collaboration with sales management. About You The company is looking for: Some understanding of IT operations and service offerings. Relevant knowledge of the IT industry environment and business needs. Business and commercial acumen. Ability to collaborate professionally and build sound working relationships. Understanding of sales environments and challenges facing the sales force. Ability to identify trends and areas for improvement. Knowledge of solution selling concepts and sales process design. Problem analysis and solution formulation skills. Learning and service orientation. Knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, sales, or related field. Relevant certifications such as SPIN and Solution Selling are desirable. Entry-level experience with Salesforce and quote tools (advantageous). Entry-level sales or sales operations and enablement experience in a B2B sales environment, preferably in a global technology organization.
