Key Responsibilities Financial Administration Entry and filing of debtor documentation Entry and filing of creditor documentation Perform bank account reconciliations Execute complete credit control, including maintaining a register of all customer contact Manage end-of-week and end-of-month processing, including IRD reporting Support end-of-financial-year (EOFY) preparation through to Trial Balance Answer and resolve customer and third-party queries promptly and professionally Set up accounting software and processes for new clients as required Customer Service & Relationship Management Provide and promote service excellence in all interactions Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with customers, suppliers, and associates Uphold and promote the mission of 3rd Arm Admin by delivering consistent, reliable, and efficient services that add value to clients' businesses Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a supportive and professional work environment Process Improvement & Compliance Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and service delivery Participate in ongoing training and upskilling opportunities Ensure all accounting functions are completed in line with internal policies, standards, and procedures Maintain well-organized, accurate, and accessible digital and/or physical filing systems Task & Time Management Keep up-to-date records of all ongoing tasks Prioritise workload effectively, allocating appropriate time and resources to each client and task #J-18808-Ljbffr
