Position: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Mabalacat, Central Luzon, Philippines

Responsibilities- Serve as a trusted coach and advisor, guiding leaders through challenges and instigating change within their teams
- Develop a real strategic partnership in assisting managers/leaders in their daily people matters and key initiatives
- Direct actions towards key stakeholders regarding disciplinary measures such as performance plans, terminations, grievance management, investigations, and coordination with labor courts
- Engage in and support the implementation of change management plans, continuous improvement projects, and influence various partners within CAE
- Sustain an in-depth knowledge of employment law, compliance programs, stay abreast of current events, policies, and offer guidance to leaders
- Collaborate with managers and leaders to craft impactful strategies for retaining, engaging, and developing high-performing teams while addressing key issues
- Provide strategic guidance and advice to leaders on application of compensation programs, competitive pay practices, and total rewards, ensuring the company remains competitive internally and externally while attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent
- Apply analytical rigor to delve deeply into People trends, developing action plans to proactively address concerns
- Maintain strong collaboration and relationships with COEs and HR Business Operations
- Demonstrate working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including business partnering, organizational development, recruitment, learning, compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, and performance management
- Keep informed and communicate various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations
- Ensure payroll (outsourced) compliance and reporting for responsible countries is managed appropriately and compliant
- Provide local HR support for international assignees and ensure statutory compliance matters are managed; work with Cross Border (Regional/Global) teams as needed
- Escalate any non-conformance or potential actions with negative legal implications for the Company
- Lead and support execution of local and global HR initiatives for countries supported
- Oversee operational work systems and administration for respective locations within APAC
- Maintain close contact with business leaders in support as the business partner

- Minimum professional qualification/degree in Human Resources or relevant field
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of HR experience, including Change Management, Organizational and Competence development; minimum 5 years in HR leadership
- Experience with labor law, organizational effectiveness mechanisms, performance management
- Strong knowledge of corporate structure, HR operations, matrix/MNC processes, local employment regulations, payroll and social security, and tax compliance
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and with limited supervision
- Good command of English; other regional languages are a plus
- Structured, proactive and innovative
- Mature, analytical, dynamic, independent and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
