Job Description Join our team as a Customer Care Representative – Healthcare Account, where you’ll provide outstanding customer service by handling inbound voice calls from members regarding their health insurance. Your role involves assisting with claims, benefits, and eligibility inquiries from US and Canadian members. Location: BGC, Taguig City Setup: Hybrid (2–3x onsite per week) Schedule: Night Shift | Fixed Weekends Off Salary Range: ₱26,000 – ₱32,000 Compensation & Benefits 10% Night Differential HMO coverage from Day 1 (includes qualified dependents) – Free Guaranteed 13th and 14th month pay Paid Canadian holidays (no work) Double pay for all Philippine holidays Free Life Insurance and Retirement Plan Qualifications Completed at least 2 years in college (no back subjects) or a 2-year vocational course graduate Minimum of 1 year BPO experience handling metrics-driven international accounts Must have prior experience in a healthcare or health insurance account Recruitment Process (Fully Virtual) Phone Screening / HR Interview Online AMCAT Assessment Final Interview (8:00 PM onwards via MS Teams) Completion of Pre-Employment Requirements Job Offer One-Day Hiring Process Available Complete your interview steps and receive a job offer within the same day for qualified candidates.
