Overview Position: Plant ManagerLocation: Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de OroEmployment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The Plant Manager oversees the overall operations of the production plant, ensuring that manufacturing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. This role is responsible for managing production performance, optimizing resources, and leading teams to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering , or a related field At least 5 years of experience in managing plant, manufacturing, or industrial operations Strong background in production management, process optimization, and preventive maintenance Excellent understanding of manufacturing systems, safety regulations, and quality standards Proficient in data analysis, performance metrics, and production reporting Demonstrated leadership and people management skills , with the ability to lead cross-functional teams Willing to work on-site Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plant operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with production targets Plan, organize, and control all production activities to achieve output and quality goals Develop and implement strategies for process improvement and waste reduction Supervise and provide direction to department heads including Technical, Maintenance, and Quality teams Monitor plant performance and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations Manage plant budget, production costs, and resource allocation Coordinate with the Supply Chain and Logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and delivery of finished goods Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork among employees Lead continuous improvement initiatives and support employee development through training and coaching What We Offer Competitive Salary Package Comprehensive HMO coverage Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Retirement benefits and Leave Benefits (Sick Leave, Vacation Leave, Bereavement Leave, Paternity and Maternity Leave) Local and international training opportunities Fun and engaging company-initiated activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
