Responsible in the supervision of the mall’s equipment operations in order to provide the necessary utilities for the operation of the mall. Involves planning and implementation of repairs, maintenance, and replacements of MEPFS equipment and the related systems for the safe and efficient operations of the mall. Ensures compliance of the Mall (establishment) in the standards set forth by the government agencies and local government units

Responsibilities
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Conceptualization and preparation of proposals for innovations and compliance to new standards to help enhance engineering processes to increase productivity and efficiency
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Participation in the performance planning for Resident Engineers
  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Secure fast approval of management to proposed projects
  • MALL HOUSEKEEPING: Provide necessary manpower/contractor for maintenance activities such as replacement of busted lights and similar items
  • MALL HOUSEKEEPING: Perform regular inspection of Tenants\' areas to ensure cleanliness
  • MALL HOUSEKEEPING: Conduct house rules orientation to tenants\' opening team members
  • MALL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT: Plan, manage, and implement the operations, repairs and maintenance of mall MEPFS equipment and projects
  • MALL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT: Ensure that CMMS PM, Repair and CAPEX work orders are accomplished on time
  • MALL FACILITIES MANAGEMENT: Act as the Pollution Control Officer of the Mall
  • MALL UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION: Perform and act upon the service request affecting mall utilities such as defective utility meters
  • MALL UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION: Assign service personnel to directly act on the service requests
  • MALL UTILITIES ADMINISTRATION: Conduct regular checks on the efficient provision of mall utilities such as water and electricity
  • TENANT RELATIONS: Participate in the conduct of on-site inspections of on-going construction, renovation (MEPFS only)
  • TENANT RELATIONS: Participate in Tenant safety audits
  • TENANT RELATIONS: Participate in processes involving egress of Tenants in relation to MEPFS systems
  • SAFETY AND SECURITY: Report safety and security findings or deficiencies affecting electromechanical equipment and recommend resolution of identified deficiencies
  • SAFETY AND SECURITY: Ensure that the MEPFS system of the mall are in compliance with established standards for safety and security
  • PEOPLE MANAGEMENT: Encompasses the tasks of recruitment, management, and providing ongoing support and direction to all the employees within the team. These tasks include compensation, hiring, performance management, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training for overall talent development and for the best interest of the company
