About the role
ClariMed is seeking a resourceful, creative, and highly organized Participant Recruitment Associate to support participant recruitment for research studies. This role is focused on identifying and engaging individuals who match specific study criteria and user groups. The Participant Recruitment Associate will use a variety of creative sourcing and outreach methods to find qualified study participants, screen potential participants, and help ensure studies are fully recruited on time.
Key responsibilities
Recruit participants for research studies based on specific study criteria, demographics, experiences, behaviors, product usage, or other defined user characteristics.
Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and reach specific or difficult-to-find participant populations.
Conduct online research to determine where target participant groups can be found and the best ways to reach them.
Conduct outreach through social media, online communities, professional groups, referral networks, databases, and other relevant channels.
Identify and build relationships with organizations, groups, and communities that may help connect ClariMed with potential study participants.
Conduct initial participant outreach and screening to determine eligibility for studies.
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospective participants throughout the recruitment and scheduling process.
Maintain accurate participant records, screening information, recruitment activity, and study status.
Track recruitment progress against study goals and timelines and proactively identify recruitment challenges.
Work closely with the Participant Recruitment & Study Startup Manager and project teams to understand study requirements and develop effective recruitment approaches.
About you
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong online research skills and ability to creatively identify where specific groups of people can be found.
Comfortable conducting outreach and communicating with individuals through email, phone, social media, and other channels.
Resourceful and persistent, with a willingness to try different approaches when recruitment is challenging.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, participant communications, and deadlines at the same time.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating closely with a U.S.-based team.
Comfortable learning and using databases, spreadsheets, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
Professional and thoughtful when handling confidential or sensitive participant information.
