About the Role As the Professional Services Manager at George Optical Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional eye care and optical services across our network. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the professional services team, ensuring smooth and efficient clinic workflows. Conduct practice visits and face-to-face checks with Optometrists to monitor performance and uphold service standards. Manage and support Optometry Internship Programs, including coordination, scheduling, and supervision of interns. Lead training, onboarding, and revalidation programs for new and existing Optometrists. Prepare and present monthly and periodic reports, including performance analysis and actionable improvement plans. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall patient experience. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to guide decisions and operational improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, professional standards, and internal company policies. Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment that reflects George Optical’s values. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Optometry and board passer. Preferably from 6-year course or DPA certified Optometrist, has excellent academical achievements. 3-5years of work-related experience preferably from an eye center/hospital based or a reputable optical establishment. Has the clinical knowledge to be able to deliver PRIMARY EYE CARE to patients. Proven experience in leading and motivating healthcare professionals. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively across teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
