Overview The Senior Manager for Sustainability will lead and drive end-to-end sustainability strategy across all manufacturing and logistics (M&L) operations. This role will be the single point of contact for all sustainability initiatives, aligning with the organization's agenda and corporate global sustainability goals. Responsibilities Sustainability Leadership Develop and lead strategic sustainability plans across all M&L sites. Align with corporate global sustainability teams for reporting, benchmarking, and initiatives. Build a culture of sustainability through education, campaigns, and recognition programs. Collaborate with site leads to reduce food loss, waste, and plastic usage. Conduct technical audits and support RECP (Resource Efficient and Cleaner Production) programs. Analyze performance data and recommend improvements. Waste Recycling & Circularity Coordinate with Facility Management on waste data and landfill reduction programs. Monitor recycling performance and identify innovative solutions. Safety & Compliance Integrate sustainability into EMS and OSH programs. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Consultancy & Technical Audits Conduct audits and develop toolkits to improve engineering and sustainability operations. Recommend new technologies and process improvements. Job Qualifications A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Sustainability (Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred). Must have at least three (3) years of sustainability experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar or related role. Preferably, with sustainability-related training or certifications. Must possess strong communication, analytical thinking, and MS Excel expertise. Must be willing to travel across various sites. Must be amenable to working onsite in Canlubang, Laguna .
