QA Specialist

Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality by conducting thorough inspections and audit processes.
- Develop and enforce quality control standards, aligning with industry regulations.
- Identify any product defects and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by evaluating current practices and suggesting enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across Jocker's Foods Industries' supply chain.
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results-
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects
- Report bugs and errors to development teams- Help troubleshoot issues
- Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related field
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience or entry-level position
- Knowledge of Quality Control methodologies
- Experience with Quality Auditing and Management
- Proficient in Data Processing and Analysis
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Office environment with potential for remote work
- Collaboration with product development teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
