The team also plays a crucial role in maintaining and delivering key systems support, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all SC platforms.**What you'll be doing*** Leadership and Oversight: Provide strategic direction, ensure alignment with business objectives, and oversee record management and compliance activities* Driving Automation and Innovation: Identify manual processes suitable for automation, implement innovative solutions (e.g., generative AI, digital tools), and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort .* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with CP Leads, Contract Owners, and other stakeholders to align data processes with business needs and resolve challenges* Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, improve data reliability, and support capability building within the CP Data community .**What you bring*** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)* At least 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, Data Analytics, Engineering or related functions.* Strong background in asset/plant/production maintenance and materials management.* Proven experience in global category management, strategic supplier management, and supplier segmentation.* Familiarity with CP/SC processes (e.g., materials management, warehouse, inventory) and ERP systems like SAP.* Proficiency in data tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.* Proven ability to lead virtual teams, engage stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment .* Capacity to understand business requirements, perform risk assessments, and drive data-driven decision-making.* Strong leadership and team management capabilities.* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.* Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking* Striving for continuous improvement, with a personal commitment to deliver high quality output.**What we offer****An innovative place to work**There’s never been a more exciting time to work at Shell.
