The client is a multinational healthcare firm based in BGC.

Job Description

  • Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
  • Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
  • Review and validate financial documentation for compliance with policies.
  • Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Generate and analyze reports to assist in financial decision-making.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure adherence to data management standards.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting and finance department.

The Successful Applicant

A successful AP Expert/Analyst should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a large organization in the business services industry.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
