The client is a multinational healthcare firm based in BGC.
Job Description
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
- Review and validate financial documentation for compliance with policies.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Generate and analyze reports to assist in financial decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure adherence to data management standards.
- Assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting and finance department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful AP Expert/Analyst should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial systems.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work effectively within a large organization in the business services industry.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
