We're Hiring: US Procurement Specialist Location: Onsite @ Ayala Avenue, Makati City Full-Time, Night Shift (8pm to 5am MNL)| Logistics & Supply Chain What You’ll Do: Manage procurement activities within a fast-paced 3PL, transportation, or warehousing environment. Process purchase orders, track invoices, and manage expenses usingQuickBooks. Analyze data and generate reports usingadvanced Excel skills(pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.). Negotiate with vendors and maintain strong supplier relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and ensure timely procurement of goods and services. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of procurement experiencein a logistics, 3PL, or warehousing environment. Proficiency inQuickBooksandExcel. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in adeadline-driven logistics environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working withfreight carriers, warehouse suppliers, and logistics service providers. Familiarity withERP or procurement softwareused in logistics operations.
