What You Will Enjoy Doing
  • Perform incoming inspection through confirmation of material specification and visual / measurement tests.
  • Perform the required laboratory inspection and testing for each product type in accordance with the established Quality Plan, Quality Procedure, Work Instruction and other applicable quality-related documents and provide timely feedback to Line Inspectors and to immediate superior in case failed test results were obtained.
  • Establish and maintain records of all tests and inspections conducted using applicable and existing quality record controlling system.
  • Prepare Certificate of Analysis (COA) of bottles and outgoing preforms in accordance with customer requirements. Hard copy or eCOA.
  • Monitor availability of laboratory supplies / consumables and provide / prepare Purchase Request as needed
  • Conduct daily check of inspection tools, jigs, and equipment prior to the start of shift and ensure that these are in proper or good condition prior and during usage.
  • Maintain good housekeeping of QA Laboratory through the conduct of at least the basic of 5S (sort, set in order, sweep) daily or as the need arises.
  • Maintain a good camaraderie especially among Team members.
  • Support each other when needed and keep communication open and transparent at all times.
  • Participate actively when required in any company-initiated activities/programs and help achieve departmental and company goals/objectives.
What Makes You Great
  • With knowledge in using quality tools and equipment like burst test machine, Zwick top load tester, gas chromatograph and headspace sampler, digital height gauge, micrometer, digimatic calipers and others
  • Proficient in using computer and basic application software and the ability to use it in doing quality related reports
  • Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are needed
  • Good communication skills in order to address concerns related to quality procedures, processes and issues
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills to relate well with people from different levels and even from other departments
  • With high sense of commitment
  • Ability to do multi-tasking and is detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressured environment
  • With high sense of responsibility and knows what an accountability is all about
  • Willing to learn new things and open for challenges
