Direct message the job poster from PSBank Official Prepares and files Complaint, Answer, Motion or other pleadings in the assigned cases, within the prescribed / turnaround time, and in accordance with the evidence at hand, and latest applicable law and jurisprudence. Presents evidence for the Bank and obtains favorable orders/resolution/decisions in the assigned cases. Ensures attendance in pre-trial conferences, trials, and all other stages and hearings of assigned cases. Exhausts modes of amicable settlement on terms beneficial to the Bank, and ensures that the client’s proposals are properly conferred with the approving authorities. Records and monitors periodically the status of cases by updating case files on what transpired in court hearings and noting therein Orders issued and motions / pleadings filed. Coordinates with and assists the Bank’s external counsel in the latter’s handling of outsourced cases. Ensures that the goals of Litigation Unit of Legal Services Division for the year are met.
