About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer and Designer with strong skills in C# and Blazor to build and maintain the user interface of a medical billing application. This role requires a thoughtful balance of front-end design sensibilities and back-end technical capabilities. You will help craft intuitive, compliant, and scalable web interfaces that enhance productivity for medical billing users and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, interactive UI components using Blazor and C#.
  • Collaborate with product managers and healthcare subject matter experts to deliver intuitive user experiences aligned with industry requirements.
  • Translate wireframes, mockups, and clinical workflows into polished web interfaces.
  • Ensure UI compliance with accessibility standards, medical data security guidelines (e.g., HIPAA), and performance best practices.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate with APIs and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Contribute to the overall visual style, branding, and usability of the application.
  • Optimize existing interfaces for clarity, responsiveness, and scalability.
  • Implement user feedback to continuously improve user satisfaction and usability.
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in web application development and UI design.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly), .NET, and Razor components.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
  • Understanding of UI/UX best practices, especially in form-heavy or data-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Material Design, or other CSS frameworks.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations in Blazor.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare or billing workflows is a plus.
  • Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, user empathy, and a commitment to delivering quality interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing HIPAA-compliant applications or familiarity with healthcare domain standards.
  • Understanding of medical billing processes, claims management, or EMR/EHR systems.
  • Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD tools.
  • Exposure to performance profiling and Blazor-specific optimization strategies.
