The Role

We’re looking for a strategic and driven Telesales Manager to lead our New Business Team. You’ll be responsible for developing high-quality leads, managing outreach campaigns, and shaping our sales strategy to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the New Business Team
  • Design and implement sales strategies
  • Analyse market trends and campaign performance
  • Support recruitment and team development
  • Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years in telesales and team management
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Outreach & LinkedIn Navigator
  • Proven ability to lead data-driven sales strategies
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Background in B2B or service industry preferred
