General Responsibilities Contribute to the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from concept development to implementation support. Participate in user research and usability testing, applying insights to improve designs. Help maintain and refine design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to align on requirements. Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs using modern design tools. Apply accessibility and inclusivity principles in all design work. Stay informed about UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices, and share learnings with the team. Use data, feedback, and testing to iterate and enhance user experiences. Design responsive solutions optimized for both web and mobile platforms. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Good understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and usability best practices. Experience supporting user research and usability testing, and applying findings to improve designs. Strong visual design foundation with skills in layout, typography, color, and detail. Familiarity with design systems and experience contributing to or maintaining them. Comfortable collaborating in cross-functional teams with product managers, developers, and stakeholders. Effective communication and presentation skills to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback. Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Awareness of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) and how designs are implemented (coding not required). Nice to Have Interest in crypto, blockchain, or Web3 products. Illustration skills or ability to create custom visual assets. Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
