This role is ideal for someone who knows how to create high-converting static Facebook and Instagram ads that not only look good but also feel real, authentic, and relatable to audiences. You should understand how to communicate social media language effectively, evoke emotion, and design with intention, capturing attention, building trust, and driving actions. Key Responsibilities Design static Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads focused on conversions, emotional resonance, and authenticity not just aesthetics. Develop creative concepts using audience psychology, consumer behavior, and marketing insights . Transform campaign briefs into visual stories that are simple, real, and engaging . Collaborate with copywriters and media buyers to test and optimize ads for performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.). Ensure all creatives align with the brand identity, messaging, and mission . Stay updated with social media trends, ad psychology, and high-performing creative strategies . Qualifications Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in digital marketing or advertising , specifically creating static Facebook/Meta ads . A strong portfolio showcasing conversion-focused, psychology-driven ad creatives (not just purely aesthetic designs). Understanding of consumer psychology, influence, storytelling, and social media behavior . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent tools . Basic understanding of ad performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions) and how design impacts results. Ability to design within brand guidelines while keeping content authentic, simple, and human . Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
